The Entrance to the Business Park is accessed from Vale Road by way of a Private Road. There is a two way circular traffic flow around the site with a speed limit of 5mph and Car Parking is available at the sole risk of the Driver. Access for tenants is 24-7 with some businesses operating night shifts. Public access is dependent upon the business opening times which vary from 6am until 12 Midnight. Security Guards and CCTV Monitoring are active on the site 7 Days a week. Visitors should always check with the Business they are visiting, if the time of activity is outside of normal parameters. The owners and their agents reserve the right to control admission to the site at any time.
